Anyone do kettlebell workouts?

I enjoy weight training classes at the gym. I also like doing videos at home and was curious about kettlebell workouts/videos. Have you tried any--and gotten results? If so-what video/videos did you like?

I use the kettle bells at the gym but with my trainer and not a DVD. I can feel a difference in my butt and hamstrings (I get DOMS too!) and I mostly do some circuits that involve double arm swing or single arm swing ( important to really thrust with your hips) and my trainer also has me doing other circuits like a clean, then a squat and overhead push press. It is a good little cardio session for me too!!

You can find lots of stuff on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4yo5vG_Iak

Just a few but you may want to look for a beginners one too.

There are several great "at home" DVD kettlebell programs. I personally own Kettleworx and SKOGG system. I've been working with kettlebells for 3 years and the results are tremendous. I've had some lower back and knee issues from years of competitive sports and proper technique with the kettlebell will not irritate either body part. I would not recommend Kettleworx to anyone. It is a great cardio workout, but the form and function of the exercises are poor. You may injure yourself with this program. The SKOGG system on the other hand is tremendous! There are 6 basic moves (swing, clean, clean & press, squat, high pull, and snatch) and by week 8 you have them perfected. I will be a kettlebell user for life. The functional strength you attain using bells will reward you in any activity you may attempt later on. Here's a link to Michael Skogg's system.
    Good luck going forward...

I like adding in swings and rows into my circuit training.

I once did the Jillian Michaels kettlebell workout and I thought it was pretty challenging, but that was a long time ago so I'm not sure anymore. :)

Ive have been doing a Kettle bell classes every saturday for about 6 months and love it. We train IKFF.net style. I love them I even started doing a little juggling with them. My only advice is FORM FORM FORM. once you get that down start adding weight. You can really hurt yourself if you do them wrong.
