    Recently beating cancer myself, I have to say it was one of the early signs of cancer for me, feeling full, knowing I couldn't really be, after small meakls.

    You may know your reasons for feeling full already.

    Just want to toss this other reason out there. Listen to your body. Pay attention. Seek medical intervention to rule things out, when necessary.

    Congratulations on your win. If you can beat cancer, you can beat the fat. :smile:
