Losing Turtle Pace

Started Jan 1st it is now end of February, only 4 lbs. lost!! I am 5 ft tall, 49 yo, and weight 165. Goal is 135/140. I exercise 3x week.
What am I doing wrong????? Any tricks for newbies , middle aged and short, to speed this up? I average about 1300 calories. Thanks any advice will be appreciated.

  • I'm feeling the same way. Started late last month. Keeping calories around 1300 and working out 5 days a week. I am just trying to stay off the scale. I FEEL better....can't wait to start looking better.
