Food Questions!

First of all, what are some cheap options for a lack of protein + other vitamins, that are still healthy and low cal+sugar?

And, what're some foods that have low/no carbs, and no sugar? Since, I'm under my calorie limit, but, went horribly over my sugar limit! ( Curse my sweet-tooth, and all the added sugars in food nowadys, D: )

Also, anyone have any easy + cheap before excercise smoothie recipes? Your own, or maybe just some that you found?
