Simple breakfast or lunch shake. This has more vitamins and minerals
than any other meal you will eat in a day.

1 scoop chocolate vegan shakeology
1 medium banana
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup vanilla almond milk
Ice (to taste)
