Simple breakfast or lunch shake. This has more vitamins and minerals
than any other meal you will eat in a day.
1 scoop chocolate vegan shakeology
1 medium banana
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup vanilla almond milk
Ice (to taste)
I encourage you to check out shakeology if you are interested.
I use it myself and thats why I am telling you this.
It will be your easiest and best meal of the day.
