I'm Back! Need help starting this journey again!

Hi everyone!! I had joined MFP a couple of yrs ago and lost a significant amount of weight. I went into hiatus and gained a lil weight so i have to jump back into MFP for my health. Im looking for some new MFP friends for some motivation & I'll do the same.
