When choosing my goal I initially put sedentary being as I am a stay at home mom of 3, but now thinking about it I do alot of stuff in a day, laundry, house cleaning, all the mom stuff so should I maybe change my level to light?
So do I leave it or should I change it?

Are you on your feet most of the day? I would base it on that. If you sit and fold laundry and sit to play with the kids as opposed to standing to do these things I would leave it at sedentary. If you stand walk around the house a lot then lightly active0

well each day is atleast 1 hr of house cleaning whether it be the bathroom, tidying bedrooms, sweeping etc. My kids are 11, 7 and 5 my youngest is now in school 2-3 days a week so those days I am more likely to be on my feet around the house but the other days its more relaxed so I guess I will leave it as sedentary
