Looking for friends and support from other Yo-Yo dieters like myself that live in Southern Illinois & St. Louis Missouri. I've lost all my weight before, well many times and then something crazy happens like I discover wonderful new Ice Cream Shops etc. I need some support to help keep me away from the goodies after I lose all the fat again....... HELP !
