Rushfit modification.

For everyone that is using rushfit. I am thinking about this modified schedule that I designed... I needed to do more running that what was in the plan and the way the plan was layed out wasn't working out to well for my sched... Tell me what you think...

Day 1: Strength & Endurance
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Full Body
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Ab Strength and Endurance
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Explosive power training
Day 8: Rest..

and repeat. I need to run every other day pretty much because of the military.. So i thought that this would really work the Total Body conditioning..
