Back to boxing?

I've been out of action for about 5 weeks due to my health. I was given the all clear to get back to the gym yesterday, and want to start boxing again. I would like to do all 3 classes a week, but was hoping for some advice on whether to ease back in, or jump in with both feet as well as a few recovery tips?

That really depends on why you were out of action (cold, injury, etc.). Not knowing any of that, the best advice I can give you is to not go all-out the first time, just because after five weeks you'll be weaker; to listen to your body; and to see how you feel the day after you go to your first class.0

I was out due to suspected crohns, and after testing it has shown as IBS, which is a pain but a better option!0
