Here's my suggestion for a great snack cookbook. I think of them as snacks, because I don't do the 5-6 meals a day thing, but I guess really they're small meals for people who do. (There's also a lot of breakfast entries and dessert entries)

Try Hungry Girl 200 under 200. It's 200 recipes under 200 calories. And I've read the entire thing, I don't think any of the recipes had more than 5 grams of fat. Most stay around 2 grams of fat. (And that happens to be perfect for me because I'm on alli, and you're not really supposed to have snacks more than 3 grams of fat. I tend to focus more on fat grams, because I always find it hard to get to my calorie goal anyways! I've had to lower it from 1700 to 1400 just to come anywhere close.)

Like I said, great snacks or great mini-meals. Or you could make a few servings and turn it into a full meal!
