Just spotted this! Fantastic price, cheapest it's ever been. Previously was £8 on Amazon.

    Bargain! Less than one session at my local council gym!

    If you have Sky TV keep an eye out on the fitness channels too - they often have the Bob Harper workouts on there (and very occasionally Jillian Michaels too). I record them and keep them on my Sky+ Box to use over and over again.
