Want to loose 12lbs-gym regime

I lost 7lbs back in November and fell off the exercise and healthy eating lifestyle at Christmas. I haven't gained any weight on the scales since but I know I've put weight back on around my belly. My starting weight was 150lbs, I'm 5'2 and currently weight 142.8lbs. I've started going to the gym again and this is my routine. I'm going to spot drinking fizzy drinks and start eating healthy again. The plan is to keep this up for 12 weeks and then continue on with the gym to maintain my weight.
I plan on going to the gym 5 days a week and I have football training 2 evenings a week.
Bike 5mins
Rowing machine 10mins
Interval run 20mins
Weights two machines for arms,chest 12 times*3
Core exercises- Russian twists, crunches, plank, spider man
Squats, arm weights, calf raises
Warm down on bike
Does anyone have any suggestions. How much do you think I could realistically lose in that space of time?
