I don't know if you saw one of my favorite movies, Legally Blonde... One thing she teaches the stuck-up politicians is how to express support and appreciation toward each other.
So... Snap Cup is a topic where we can say... This week I lost 2 pounds... or... I just ate a salad instead of a snickers bar... or... I just finished my workout even though I had cramps like you wouldn't believe etc.
Then it would be nice someone else congratulates it. It really is a good support system.
It's nice to commemorate our little victories, I think.
