Hey.
I've learned something.
'Fat' isn't a synonym for ugly.
'Skinny' isn't a synonym for beautiful.
Fat is just fat, all it means is being overweight.
And skinny just means skinny, nothing else.
This is a really important thing for me to remember, always. And i think everyone should realize it. Why would fat be an insult? There are enough fat people that look totally fine. And so there are skinny people that look like **** too. As long as you take care of yourself, you should be fine...
I'm not saying dieting or changing yourself is bad btw, if it starts affecting your health you should indeed gain or lose weight or eat healthier.

I know what you mean, that was in a book i read. the guy said that it is a 3 letter word, it is a fluid in your body that without you would die (i think) and nothing more. woo!0
