Hello there! For the past week or so, my weight has shot up and I don't know why. Could it be the increase of 20-25 grams of carbs per day that was happening? I don't think it is just water retention, as my stomach feels bigger and I think my thighs are chunkier, as well as my back. What might have caused this?

maybe your body has just become accustomed to what you are doing and needs a little push. change up your routine a bit
and looking at your diary maybe substitute a few of your yummy snacks for healthier options like veggies or fruit and see if that makes a difference.
