Hopping back on the train

Hi all, the healthy eating and fitness train got derailed for a bit over here but I am, as of today, getting back on. I lost motivation there for a while (winter weather means you need that body fat to keep you warm, right?) but am forcing myself to get back to it. I have 20 pounds to lose and want to tone up. I'd love some support along the way to keep me accountable. Please and thank you!

  • Glad you are back on the program!!! I am trying to maintain and it is hard also. I binge every now and then but... get right back on. I feel like crap for 2 days, eat right and exercise and eventually get back to my maintenance weight. I saw this quote which helps me:
