Every day strive to give 100% effort in your workouts. BUT keep in mind there will be some days when you don't want to give any effort. What do you do then? DO IT ANYWAY!! Even if it's not at 100%, it's better than no effort. So today I challenge you to give 100%!!!! Are ya with me?
I will be totally honest and say I was NOT feeling it this morning. I wanted to go back to bed, BUT I got up and pushed play and got it done. I might not have been at 100% effort for all the exercises but I was close and I did it.
