11 lbs gone in <20 day the plant based - whole foods way.

Hi. I just recently got serious about plant-based whole foods. Today is day #18. It's going GREAT!!!!

    Hi. Read your blog. Congratulations! I switched to a mostly plant-based lifestyle several months ago and also love it. One thing on your blog, in particular, really resonated with me. You said, " I have experienced a major paradigm shift. I went from “I want to eat it, but I can’t” to “I can eat it, but I don’t want to.” " When I read that, I thought, YES! That's been my experience too! It's still a little strange actually, but in a good way!
