Help! Is this normal?

So I've been working out for a few months now. TDEE-20%, BMR, HRM, TOM, ETA, NSV, NROL, BMI. You know, all those things.
Anyway, this is the weird part...My arms are starting to feel hard instead of soft. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know what to do! :sad:
ETA: BUMP...I've been doing that too... :frown:

Soft = Fat
Hard = Muscle
So you have probably lost some body fat and gained some muscle mass and that is perfectly normal and desirable.0 -
