I started my fitness pla yesterday bi did alright but I went way under my calorie goal. I am sure the longer I stick with it the more natural counting calories will be. I currently weigh around 370 so I know I have a long way to go but I also now that I can't look at the big picture but I have to take it day by day. If you need a friend to encourage you please feel free to add me. I am so excited about this phase in my life!
