Hi all

Hiya everyone,

Im Michelle and Im 31 with 3 children. Im not what you would call overweight but after having 3 children I have the usual problems of a bit of belly fat, love handles and larger than wanted backside and thighs. I want to loose around 11lbs. I have also started the 30 day shred dvd and have not long completed day 2 (my legs are killing me and Ive a job to walk properly so hopefully its doing something).

I have got a mega sweet tooth so stopping the cake and chocolate may be a problem. If my calorie allowance allows I may have to have the sneaky chocolate bar as I get quite cranky without a fix.
