How much cardio and strength training should I be doing weekly? I am 28 years old, 5'5" and 163lbs. My goal is 135 pounds by may/june

Eat at a deficit, exercise, eat those calories. I don't think anyone can give you a specific schedule.
I will say, however, it may be a bit much of a reach in a short amount of time. Having a smaller amount of weight will take more time to come off than a larger amount. 14lbs in a month isn't healthy. If you're going for June, it's just over 9 pounds a month, it COULD be doable, but not easy.
Just eat and exercise, and see how far you get. Do more strength training, and you'll start looking smaller than the scale reads (no one usually sees the scale number anyway)
Good luck!0
