I just got it. . . . any insight??? Also, how do you log it??

Bump.
I am going to start it too. My question is how much should the hand weights weigh?0 -
From doing a little research on MFP I log it as circuit training, general. I only log it for about 25 mins(this also seems to be what most ppl do). I just started so I'm still in the boat as you but here is what I've done so far....Day 1 I started with 1lb soup cans. That was way to little for me so last night I grabbed my husband's 2 1/2 pd free weights and tried them out. These seemed to work really well. So I think I'm going to stay with them. I didn't want to buy hand weights yet because I wasn't sure what would work for me. I was affraid 3pd would be to much! Good luck and feel free to add me if you need some support....or if you have other questions!!!!
PS Be prepaired for a workout! She does A LOT of cardio....but it's not unbearable! Just gets you moving!!! Also, she can get annoying at times. I'm thinking I'm going to mute her eventually and listen to music! Good luck!!!!0
