My numbers for week 2, not as good as they should be :sad:
1050 of 1000 squats and lunges
3326 calories of 4000 = fail
water challenge met everyday.
Looking forward not behind me, bring on week 30 -
Week 2 challenges met:
1250/1000 legs (700 squats, 550 lunges
4157/4000 calories burned.
95 glasses of water (760 ounces) / 84 glasses (672 ounces)
I am a little disappointed as these numbers should be better but Sunday I didn't do any calisthenics at all and another day my exercise calories were really low.
Congrats to everyone this week!!! Even if you didn't hit your goals, you still got up and got moving and burned some calories0 -
WEEK 3 CHALLENGE: starts 3/17!!!!! 2000 minimum jumping jacks and/or jump ropes and 20 miles minimum walked, ran or jogged. Adjust these goals higher or lower if you need to
Don't forget your minimum daily water intake!

Happy to report even though I have been feeling a little under the weather I met all challenges this week. Yeah me

Okay, I only got in 1735 jumping jacks, but I did walk 42.64 miles for week 3. Week 4 coming up!0

MARCH WEEK 4 CHALLENGE:
Starts tomorrow (Sunday 3/24). A minimum of 500 situps and/or pushups and a minimum of 4000 calories burned for the week. **Remember that you can adjust the totals to fit your needs (or modify the moves if needed). Don't forget to water minimums too (recommended 12 glasses a day).
Let's make this last week of March really count!!!!!0 -
I totally forgot to do this chalenge this week. The only work I've done is what was at the gym.. I did do about 50 jump ropea this week, but that is all. I'll get at it this week.0

Completed another 150 sit ups today. Total for week so far is 650.0

Week 4 challenge completed. Have been sick yesterday half of day and today so did not do as much as I would like but all goals were met.
650 situps/puships out of 500
4662 exercise calories burned out 4000
water met all days but Friday (only had 8 glasses). Had enought extra glass during the week to be well over the required minimum of 84 glasses though.
I have been seeing some really nice numbers from some of you participating....good job!! How did everyone else do????

Week 4 challenge complete!! I pulled a muscle in my back and had to lay off the pushups toward the end of the week. It's getting better, though.
795 situps/pushups
5,791 calories burned
I struggle with the water.
