Painful muscles!

Ouch! The muscles in my arms are really painful due to lots of weights etc this week. I can handle that good achy feeling that reminds you how hard you have worked but the muscles on the inside of my elbows (like where you would give blood from) is so sore its unreal. Anyone have any suggestions on what could ease it a bit? I have kept moving and stretching as much as pos and have actually done another session of weights circuits today so I think the rest of the week could be pretty painful!
