Fell off the wagon now back again!

Like the title says I lost some weight then kind of stopped. I then gained a bit of it back which got me motivated to actually get to it and not mess around this time. I have clearly set goals that I plan to religiously follow so I can reach my endgame within this year or the next.

I could definitely use some friends and inspiration because the house I live in is not really diet or keto friendly.. So that's my story Thanks!
