    The pic on the left was what made me decide that cardio was not enough for me. I bought a universal weight machine and started using it right before the New Year. I'm pretty proud of the difference in this amount of time. My 10 year old grandson told me he thinks it's cool that his Nana has "guns".

    Wow - Great job!! I will be 48 this year and also a Nana!! Very inspiring - I am building my home gym with weights now also - Just installed a pull up bar so here we go!!!

    still 3X a week with no plans on stopping! I wish I would've taken the current pic AFTER my workout today though! lol
