What does TDEE stand for? How do you figure it? I have lost weight, but I still don't understand all the jargon and what is best for me. Please someone help! Thank you!

    TDEE is basically your maintance calories... so how many calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight and activity level. There are tons of calculators online if you google TDEE. BMR is how many calories your body needs just to function in a comatose state (so, how many calories your body will burn when you do nothing, do not move, lay still all day long).
