End Goal !!!

Ok, so all this time I was thinking of how much I wanna weigh. I'm 5'11" I always wanted to be 210 pounds. I don't wanna be supper slim and skinny. I want a nice bulk body. So I looked up my ideal weight 160.00 To me that just sounds crazy and according to the web 210 still puts me in the obese class and even 190 I would be overweight. I think I'm going to go with 190. What do you guys think???

That can't be right! I'm a 5' 10" female and mine is 176. Yours should be higher than that being a male and an inch taller. I talked to my dr. about it and 176 was the ultimate goal we came up with but he and I would both be happy with 185. I'm thinking 200 is plenty low enough but I would talk o the doctor and see what he says. By your picture and your ticker, it looks like you've gotten a good start!! Way to go!!0

I'm 5'11 and female and if I put my info into all the calculators out there, I get a range from 165-155 for ideal weight. I feel my best at 150 or below. It's all in how you are built, your age and how you want to look. My boyfriend is 6'2 and about 185 and he's not skinny, I think he's built just right. I'd say I'd aim for 200 and see what you look like when you get there...0

It's not really about what some calculator tells you to be....its how you feel and look when you get to each milestone. Aim for 200. By then, you'll have much more lean muscle mass that will burn more. Then you can add in the muscle building and be whatever you feel best at! Keep going! Keep going! It won't be easy, but it'll sure all heck be worth it!0
