Water changing weight loss estimate?

I noticed that on days I log a lot of water intake, my projected weight loss increases and I get a message saying that I'm not eating enough calories - even though I am logging between 1200 and 1400 each day. Is this a glitch or will drinking extra water reall "subtract" calories? has anyone else noticed this? thanks!
