Who would've thought?
Move more, eat less
Will change the way
You fit in the dress!
Sorry, I work with kids so everything I say comes out in a rhyme :-P \
In December, my husband and I decided we were not happy with ourselves. I had gained 15 pounds from quitting smoking and the holidays. He was inactive because of the holidays. We weighed nearly the same which neither of us felt good about. I wanted to lose, he wanted to bulk up.
We committed to 90 days. We took pictures (and I took measurements) every two weeks. It's been well over 90 days and we are still going. I woke up this morning and weight 155 (I was 153 when I quit smoking). I woke up my husband and asked, "where did I go?" Where does the weight go? Lol.
We now weigh almost 20 lbs apart!
It's not just a 90 day commitment...it's lifelong!
I'm going to continue to take the pictures--I highly recommend that to anybody...I'm in graduate school, interning full time at an elementary school, and I work in a restaurant. It took a lot to find time in my schedule to exercise, pack healthy lunches...the photos were the only thing that kept me finding the time because they would either be proof of success or proof of failure.
