stalled weight loss

I'm starting to get discouraged. I've been stuck at my current weight for 3 weeks! Over the past 2 months I've been gradually reducing calories and working out harder & more frequently. But every morning I weigh myself and I'm the exact same weight +/- half a pound.
For exercise I do a mix of resistance training and cardio workout videos. I use the TransFIRMer program, and I just started Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack. On my "off" days I run on the elliptical.
I've cut out pop entirely and replaced junk food with healthier snacks. I've all but given up red meat and eat chicken or lean turkey instead. I have salad 1-2 times a day and drink a lot more water. I still have carbs but I limit my portion size.
I started out losing just under a pound a week, and I was happy with that, but this is very frustrating. Any advice is very appreciated!

That may be the problem right there. To maximize fat loss, you need enough fuel (calories) and some rest. Also, maybe watch sodium more closely? Not sure why MFP sets sodium at 2500 mg/day. The American Heart Association now recommends everyone limit sodium to 1500 mg/day. I gain a few pounds of water weight anytime I go over about 2000 mg/day.

Thank you, that makes a lot of sense. I try not to go under 1300 calories a day but I hadn't thought about my salt intake.0
