Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for 2 walks - total 7 miles

What would I have done differently? Nothing!

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/7 days of exercise

I hit 30lbs this morning... it's amazing how it feels... I think I'm going to cry :smokin:

    Wow, good job! You have every right to feel extra proud...30 lbs, how exciting.
    I wish I could get myself motivated to exercise. I will go for a walk today!

    CONGRATULATIONS! So what are you going to do to CELEBRATE?? :O)

    When I hit that 30 mark, I couldn't wait to drive the 4 hours to my Dad's house to "show off"!
    He's 94 and he hasn't seen me healthy size for more than 30 yrs! Sure, he saw me an "unhealthy" size a lot,
    but I wanted to go celebrate with him, because I knew he wanted me to lose some pounds even though he never pushed me.
    I laughed when he said, "You look like a spring chicken!" Nope, can't turn back the years, but I'm so happy
    to have been successful getting rid of some of those unwanted pounds.
    Just this morning, I stood in front of the mirror and marveled at the difference my efforts have made.
    Haven't bought any new clothes yet, but love how my old clothes aren't bulging at the seams. LOL

    30 pounds!!! What a milestone! Congratulations again! And yes! It's hard to resist those tears of joy!! Well deserved!!!!!!!

    Thanks everyone!!! I love MFP :flowerforyou: 20+- lbs to go....!!!! More than half way there :drinker: :drinker: I took the day off from exercise :wink:

    Oh... I went to Old Navy and bought some 14's.... it's been a while. There weren't snug either :bigsmile:

    What would I have done differently? spent a little less time on the computer

    What are today's personal goals? exercise (done) lots O laundry, and clean up some papers here

    Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 2/7 days of exercise - goal 5/7 (I have decided that I will get on the elliptical every morning so 5 days should be doable)

    What would I have done differently? spent a little less time on the computer (again)

    What are today's personal goals? run and finish those things that I didn't accomplish yesterday.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories... not sure what kind of exercise today. I can't make it to the Y @ lunch so it might be a walk this evening.

    What would I have done differently? Got more done in the first 1/2 of my day. Been a late starter lately!:grumble:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? elliptical for 60 and yoga after dinner... I am absolutely amazed how relaxed\great I felt after yoga!!!

    What would I have done differently? not eat so many exercise calories

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and the elliptical for 60

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a great time in Chicago and did LOTS of walking

    What would I have done differently? Stopped that awesome waiter from keeping my wine glass full :drinker:

    What are today's personal goals? To have a lo-cal day to balance the Chicago days
