I woke up this morning and realized I turned 42 years old. Ughhh. I want to be 22 again!

OK, rant over! Off to celebrate being halfway to 84.:laugh: :sad: :drinker: :explode: :happy: :huh:

    OMG I would never want to revisit my 20s. There is something to be said about being older and wiser and more confident! Hell no to the 20s! I am going to miss the 30s though at the end of this year when i turn 40. Bring it on!

    This is very true! I'm in better shape at 47 than I was at 27!! And if I knew then what I know now, well.... :wink:

    I'll be 38 Saturday, and I would NEVER go back to being 22! Love being older, wiser, more secure in my relationships, career, education, etc.

    How it happens? Well, ya know, the universe does its thing and the planets spin around the sun, and voila that's how days and nights happen and so you string enough of those together and ta-daa! 42! (or in my case, 45)

    My kids are in their late teens/early 20s and I swear they were in diapers just last week. I have zero clue where the time goes anymore. I think it's going way faster than it used to even though I can't prove it.

    One thing is for certain...I absolutely know I'll be healthier and more fit at 42 than I was at 32 or even in my mid 20's...because I already am at 38 and it's just gonna get better from here. I can't match 22 though...I was still in the Marine Corps and basically paid to train.
