Best intermittent fasting protocol for benefits?

I have been doing leangains. I am not hungry for breakfast anymore, but until i break my fast i start to feel exhausted... I sort of think that this is just my body still getting used to IF..... Anyways, ESE, leangains, whatever else there is... Which one has more health, hormone, and muscle mass benefits??
