Ok so this is getting really hard. When I add in what I do for exercise in a day and then It keeps adding to my food im to eat that day. For example today. I put in all my normal stuff, Minus weights etc.. because hubbys home and I dont like doing it when he is home. But because its riding day it adds like 800 calories burned. Which is a good thing. BUT There is no way That I can eat those extra calories. I cant eat the ones I usually have in a normal day. Ok sometimes I can but not always. How do I counter balance this??

You do not have to eat all the cals. Just make sure you are getting additional when you exercise.0
