Question:
Im a 29 year old 6'1 male, who currently weighs 202lbs
I work out doing weights 3 days a week, 40 mins of cardio 3 days a week, and then one day of rest (work a best job 8-5/ m-f)
My calories are currently set at 1930. I have been exploring TDEE and have gotten some advice that i should really up my cals (all the way to 2500). This seems crazy high to me, but what do I know.
Can anyone offer some advice based off what i provided (let me know if anything else is needed)
