week 4 and going strong

I am new to MFP too and have recently started week 4. So far so good! What has been so helpful and revealing is daily logging of calories/fat and portion intake. I wish I had written down what another member wrote - it was something about this is the first day of the rest of my life working on healthy living. I truly believe we can all be successful and just need to find what works for you. I know that keeping daily logs for the rest of my days will lead to continued success with my health journey. best to you all! Just now communicating and am in needs of friends. I am 5'3" goal 150 (140?) starting weight 199.8.
