MFP daily goal is lower then my BMR....

I used 2 different online BMR calculators - my BMR is 1680 (1688 the second calc).
MFP puts me at 1600 for my daily goal...
Can someone help me please.
I am 37, 5'10", 202lbs, desk job.
I do c25k 6 times a week - 300-370 calories/workout
and 30 day shred level 3 - 6 times a week - 250-270 calories/workout
How many calories shoud I consume to be able to lose 1 lbs a week?

    Sounds about right. Mine's 2458, and at once time, I was taking in less than 1500 per day. 'Tis called a deficit for a reason. ;)

    With MFP there is the assumption that you will itemize workout calories and add them back to your calorie target.

    If you didn't include workouts in your activity levels, you should be eating those back. Aim to meet your total daily goal.
