Turkey Meatloaf and Veggie Purees

This week on the Biggest Loser Biingo's mom served him turkey meatloaf made with veggie purees. Does anyone have this recipe or know of a good recipe with the veggie purees?? I have looked all over and can't find it! Does anyone have experience with using veggie purees in recipes??

    Hi. Sometimes when it is on sale I grab jarred baby food like squash and sweet potatoes. I add them into things like pancakes or even my kids mac n cheese. I find those to be easy add ins to get extra veggie and flavors.
