I've been debating on staring the "30 day shred" and finally decided to start this Friday. Anyone else doing or already done the 30ds? Results? Warnings?

I have started the shred again 3 days ago. It is by far my favourite workout!
I did it 2 years ago and the results on my upper body were amazing (not so much on my lower body).
If you are really out of shape it may be very difficult at the beginning. Don't be discouraged, just do your best.0
