Looking for men...

....who will let me read their food diaries.

My husband and I are stumped on exactly what/how much he "should" be eating for meals and snacks and it would really helpful to look at various men's food diaries (ideally, men who are around 6'3, 250-280 pounds, pretty sedentary, and eat healthy "real" food w/o a lot of protein shakes, etc...).

Anyone want to invite me to peek at theirs?

    6'5'' 210lb. My diary is open for anyone to view, but you're probably better off looking at the first 6 months of last year. At that point I wasn't working out so much and weighed around what your hubby does,

    Nowadays I work out a lot and there are a lot of supplements in my diary :bigsmile:

    I've got to say that if you read my diary then every evening meal is made from scratch, weighed and portion controlled. If you like the sound of any of the meals then let me know which ones and I'll sort out the recipie for you :smile:
