    I :heart: my boyfriend's beard. I'm always a little disappointed when he shaves it off randomly. It's like a piece of my soul dies with the beard hair down the drain.

    I do like the shave look as it shows off my good bone structure, but i grow great stubble that most men envy.

    Oh, I know you guys like 'em. My dad has one and he's in his 70's. But there's a reason you hardly ever see them on anyone under the age of 40. They're dated.

    Personally, I think I looked my best with the full, trimmed beard I had my senior year in high school (think Sean Connery from "Hunt For Red October").

    Plus, it wasn't like the ladies were clamoring for my attention during the following years when I was a clean-shaven military cadet and young officer. At least my military 'stache now gets some "rebel" points among my troops while also keeping me from looking like a fresh faced kid just out of high school or college.
