Hi there !
am Sophie, from France ! have joined here in the wish to re learn how to eat, lose weight and also get back into exercise. I have a stressful job, and have 2 kids (15 and 12) so very little time for myself apart from evenings, when I am too tired to do any exercise !
Would love meeting new friends to motivate me, and also share experiences !
I calculate in kg and cm by the way !!
