Should you increase your protein intake on your recovery days?

    I've been on the fat shredder diet for the past 3.5 months and I keep the macro consistent (50% protein) even on my recovery days. We're only talking about a day here and there so the slight fluctuation won't make a huge difference. I've been keeping my carb intake low (30%) so that I can shed the fat fast. You seem to have great result so far. What workout did you do?

    I did 2 rounds of Insanity and im on week 4 of P90x after im done with this though im going to join planet fitness I really am looking to bulk up now and I dont have to the money to buy all the free weights and stuff

    nope just go for 1g per pound of body weight
