I've now lost most of the weight I wanted to shift but have a serious baggy c-section fold going on now from my two emergency c sections ( sorry if it's too much info! LOL) And I'm wondering what exercises are best for toning up the saggies :blushing: I've been doing the usual crunches, bridges, planks etc.... I've heard lifting weights is good too, i do a little weight work but not sure where to go next if you know what I mean? Anyone out there toned up their section tums?

Do you have loose, saggy skin or excess fat? You need to give the skin time to bounce back, I know that can take awhile. If it's fat, there's no specific exercise, you have to lose it through diet. I like pilates inspired ab workouts for strenghtening my core, along with planks and variations. Go with some big compound lifts with free weights like squats, deadlifts, military press, bench, etc. Those engage your core to keep your balance and work your whole body. Most importantly for fat loss you have to have your diet in check.0

I find reverse crunches work on the lower part of the stomach0

It's loose skin now, lost most of the fat i think, my 1st section was 10 years ago and 2nd was 6 years ago, been overweight/obese for all of my adult life, only just getting into the healthy weight range now. Been doing reverse crunches too  Think I have trained myself to eat cleaner now and been getting regular exercise, I'm happy with the fact that it's going to take time, it took years of not looking after myself to get that way so it'll take time to sort it all out, just wanted to make sure I was doing the best thing to tone it all up again :flowerforyou:0
