I read this today and thought it was interesting. Some of us are already doing this, so it's nice to know we are on the right track.

Just a warning, this will get ripped apart. And it's not directed at you, it's directed at the crap in the article.
Cardio - while adding more cardio will help burn more muscle, you increase the changes of losing more muscle due to larger deficits created. In fact, upping weight training will mitigate further muscle loss.
7-7 rule: it's complete non sense. The TEF is the same regardless of when and how often you eat
Green: Tea will not really burn any more calories. It's just marketing at it's best.
In the end, a calorie deficit is the only thing that will target belly fat.0 -
I actually liked this article, thanks!0

I didn't take it personally. I'm not a trainer or medical professional to debate this. I just thought it was a good article. For many years they have said that green tea is great for weight loss, I don't know if it is. Just like any articles regarding fitness, exercising, ect. You have to see if the contents in the article works for you because it may not. You just have to do what is good for you and go from there.0

Directed to the article not the OP: One cup of green tea a day did not give her that body. The minimal effect you get from green tea is only that it has caffeine in it.
Your body doesn't care if it's 7 pm or midnight, it uses calories the same way. The only way that works is because a lot of people mindlessly snack at night, not that limiting calories at a specific time makes a difference.
As long as you mix up that extra cardio with some strength training it's a good thing. Did you notice her calves? She does some serious work to get that kind of muscle.
I bet her splurge meal isn't a blow out 6,000 calorie eatfest. I love it when really thin people say they splurged and then you find out it was having an extra cookie.0
