Srepping Stones

I have completed the couch 2 5k on the NHS website and although I am doing 5k with the warm up and cool down walks included i want to increase my speed so I cover 5K in the actual 30min Run.

I have followed the stepping stones podcast last week and this week which is designed to increase the speed but OMG it is still a struggle and i though it would be easier the 2nd week.

Has anyone else tried this podcast and can give me an idea on when i may start to find it easier?
