I work out 6 days a week, anywhere from 45mins-80mins (going walk DVDs, Zumba DVDs, walking, treadclimber or dancing) and get about 7 hours of sleep each night. I have noticed over the past few days that I have been really REALLY tired. Today, my workout was only 35mins because I was too tired to keep going. Is 7 hours of sleep enough for how long I work out?

I guess we are all different...but I honestly need 8-9 hours when I am working out a lot. The main thing is to listen to your body.0

Yep. This. If your body is telling you you're tired, you need to rest. I would also suggest that taking an extra rest day once in a while might help.0
